Payment is possible by cash or credit card. We also accept EUR and PLN.
Payment terms
Reservations are subject to a deposit of 30% of the total price of the stay. If the deposit is not paid, the reservation will be cancelled. The balance is payable on arrival in cash or by credit card.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: no charge
Cancellation 30-14 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit paid
Cancellation 14 days or less before arrival: 100% of the deposit paid
In case of early termination of the stay, no refund is due.
Early payment of the prepayment is not possible.
Attention! Deposits are non-refundable during New Year’s Eve!
Reservations are subject to payment of a deposit. If the deposit is not paid by the due date, the reservation will be cancelled.
